Our small group training sessions (4+ players) are designed to push athletes while still providing detailed coaching and individual feedback. Players get the perfect balance of technical development and combination play, learning how to sharpen their own skills while connecting effectively with teammates. The competitive setting naturally raises intensity, confidence, and game realism.

Cancellation Policy
24 Hour cancellation policy for all sessions that are standing weekly times (Monday-Friday).
If session is cancelled 24 hours before start time there will be a fee of 75% of original cost of lesson.
If session is cancelled within the 24 hours of original start time, client is obligated to pay full price for the lesson. This will also result in a one strike penalty, after 3 cancellation penalties you will not have the ability to reserve a premium time during the week.
This cancellation policy has been put in place to ensure standing weekly times for a 4 week period.
Weekend sessions are not standing times, unless client and trainer have agreed upon making a session a standing time on the weekend there will not be a fee for cancellation.
